These terms govern the use of the product as an internal operating system for offices, drivers, cars, contracts, documents, and operational accounting.
Service scope
- OfficeOnWay is an internal management system for taxi office owners and their teams. It is not a banking payment service or a public driver-facing app.
- Data entered into the system belongs to your workspace and offices, and must be accurate and authorized.
Accounts and permissions
- The workspace owner is responsible for adding users, assigning permissions, and reviewing their activity.
- Use a trusted personal Google account and do not share access with unauthorized people.
Financial records and changes
- The system records payments, debts, and dues as an operational ledger. It does not process bank payments directly.
- Activity and change history may be retained to support transparency and auditing, especially for financial actions, contracts, and documents.
Responsibility limits
- The system helps with organization and follow-up, but does not replace accounting, legal, or regulatory review.
- Review data carefully before relying on it for important financial or administrative decisions.
